Firstly, go to our Dashboard. Then, select the "My Wallet" option.
You will see a "Coupon" section. Please click the "Redeem" button.

STEP 3：‍

and click the "Redeem" button to get your coupon.

STEP 4：‍
After redeeming the coupon, please select Hong Kong Post services (including iPostal Station, Post Office or Hong Kong Post home delivery service) to deliver your parcel.

STEP 5：‍
After pasted the order, apply the coupon during the request for pick up. You can enjoy the $2 discount per order. Please read the details via the financial information platform.

Terms and Conditions

The "Hong Kong Post Discount" promotion (hereinafter referred to as "this promotion") is a promotional activity provided by alfred24 Delivery and is subject to these terms and conditions. Participants who participate in this promotion are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

The promotion period is from May 1, 2023, to June 30, 2023, during business hours, and is based on the time on the official website of alfred24 Delivery.

This promotion is only applicable to iPostal Station and Post Office of Hong Kong Post for self-collection, as well as Hong Kong Post's door-to-door delivery service. Each order will be entitled to a $2 discount
4.
This promotion is only applicable to customers who have successfully registered as an alfred24 customer with electronic wallet.
5.
This promotion is limited to the first 100 users and is available on a first-come, first-served basis until all coupons are distributed.
6.
The electronic coupons cannot be exchanged, transferred, resold, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for other products or offers. Participants must read and accept the terms and conditions of the cash voucher before receiving it.
7.
Participants who use alfred24 service to send parcels should also comply with the "Terms and Conditions of alfred24" and be bound by them.

alfred24 reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon publication on the official website of alfred24 Delivery and will be binding.
9.
The failure or delay by alfred24 to exercise any right under these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
10.
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Both the sender and alfred24 agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
11.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by any court or other authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the other provisions of these terms and conditions and the remaining parts of the affected provision shall remain valid and enforceable.
12.
In case of any dispute, alfred24 reserves the right of final decision.
13.
If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
